Lauren Merritt-Taylor, a gifted, communication connoisseur and feedback phenom with a Bachelor of Arts in English (minor in Mass Communications) and Master of Arts in English from Virginia State University. She brings a breadth of experience from her time as a Composition/Literature Adjunct Instructor on the collegiate level, federal government writing experience spanning nearly a decade, and her time with Toastmasters International as an award-winning speech competitor and global presenter.
National and international audiences love her confidence, energy, easily applicable tips, and inspirational storytelling abilities in conjunction with a “relaxed, warm, and vocally reassuring” style as a keynote speaker or presenter. Lauren’s feedback presentations have been pivotal in assisting individuals with improving how they deliver and receive feedback, personally and professionally.
Outside of the speaking arena, Lauren prefers “escapism activities.” She can be found listening to music while taking walks, watching Marvel movies, trying new restaurants, visiting museums, or relaxing with her husband.
